Connecting Baby to Your World Through Paint & Touch
Baby Bumps & Brushes Traditional Group
Traditional Group
Take time before baby arrives to connect with your partner and prepare for the new addition to your family. This group is a guided experience for Mom and Dad, using your budding baby bump as a canvas to express and process through the many stages of pregnancy including:
Physical Body Changes
Thoughts & Expectations
Feelings & Emotions
Together, Mom and Dad will create a meaningful work of art to be captured with take home photos. Ultimately you will leave this group feeling a stronger connection with your growing baby and your partner!
Whether this is your first child or you’ve done this before, pregnancy is a very unique experience and we invite all expectant couples to participate in this group!
If you would like to bring your other children to participate, please check out our group for OLDER SIBLINGS.
*This group is recommended during the third trimester
Older Siblings
Just like every child is different, every pregnancy is different also. You don’t know how you’re going to deal with having more children added to your family, and you don’t even know how your other children will handle it. Maybe you are unsure of whether or not you will have the capacity to love this child as much as your firstborn. Maybe you secretly feel guilty because you’re not as excited as you were during a previous pregnancy. We would also like to invite older siblings to participate!
Baby Bumps & Brushes Single Moms Group
Single Moms
Embarking on the journey as a single parent can bring up a lot of emotions and challenges. This group is formatted just like our traditional group, except for mothers without a partner. It is designed to build your confidence as you accept this great calling to parenthood, to deepen your connection with your unborn baby, and strengthen your support system. Please bring a support person with you - this person can be anyone as long as they are a safe person for you, someone you trust, and someone who will play a role in the life of your child.
